As I get ready for college, I’m torn about whether to take my gaming PC or just rely on my Switch. My PC has the performance I love, especially for those strategy games that I can really sink my teeth into. I can already imagine how much better it would be for intense multiplayer sessions where I often take on the role of shot-caller.
However, college life is full of surprises. I’m concerned about the potential for my expensive setup to get damaged during the move or to simply not fit in my dorm room. Plus, with all the new social opportunities that come with college, I might end up playing more casually on my Switch. Its portability is definitely a big advantage when it comes to hanging out with friends.
